Professional Standards
Our coaching is delivered by an ILM Level 7 qualified Executive Coach and member of the European Mentoring and Coaching Council (EMCC).
We adhere to the Global Code of Ethics for Coaches, Mentors, and Supervisors.
Coaching is not therapy, counselling, medical treatment, or financial/legal advice. Clients remain responsible for their own decisions, actions, and outcomes following coaching sessions.
Fees and Payment
Fees are agreed on an engagement basis, depending on the nature and type of coaching.
Unless otherwise agreed, a 50% deposit is payable in advance to confirm the booking.
The remaining balance is due as agreed in the engagement terms (for example, before or after delivery of sessions).
All fees are quoted exclusive of VAT (if applicable).

Cancellations and Rescheduling
Clients may cancel or reschedule sessions subject to the following terms:
More than 48 hours’ notice: No charge.
24–48 hours’ notice: 50% of the session fee is payable.
Less than 24 hours’ notice or no-show: 100% of the session fee is payable.
Cancellations or requests to reschedule must be communicated in writing (email is acceptable).
We reserve the right to reschedule sessions if unavoidable circumstances arise; in such cases, we will provide as much notice as possible.

Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for:
Ensuring they attend sessions on time.
Checking their technology, hardware, and internet connection in advance of online sessions.
Engaging fully and respectfully in the coaching process.
Any breach of professional conduct will be handled in line with the EMCC Global Code of Ethics.

International Clients
We work with both UK and international clients. Clients are responsible for ensuring coaching services comply with any local laws or regulations applicable in their jurisdiction.
Confidentiality
We treat all client information as confidential unless disclosure is required by law or with the client’s express consent.

Website Use
All content on this website, including text, images, and materials, is the intellectual property of Maidle Limited unless otherwise stated.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit website content without prior written consent.

We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from use of the website, except where required by law.

Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability for any loss or damage arising from the coaching services or website use is limited to the total fees paid by the client for the relevant services.
Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability for death, personal injury, or fraud caused by our negligence.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The most recent version will always be published on our website. Continued use of our services or website constitutes acceptance of any updated Terms.
